The Cacao is Single Origin Peruvian. This indigenous Cacao has a distinctly reddish color, and an equally distinctive complex taste, which includes flavors of caramel, malt, toffee and floral aromas. Skillful fermenting and roasting brings out aromatic flavor notes and deepens others.
